Every year in the UK, more than 1.2 billion meters of plastic cling-film is used - that's enough to wrap around the world 30 times over!

Wax wraps are the perfect way to ditch the cling film and reduce your plastic waste.

These vegan wraps stick just as well as the beeswax versions. Apart from that, they look amazing too!

You can wrap sandwiches, veg, fruit, snacks etc, or cover a plate or bowl of food or leftovers. Place your hands on the wrap and the warmth of your hands will help mould the shape and it will stick, forming a water-repellent seal.

BeeBee Leaf Wraps are made in the UK, not far from Vida Eco Shop.

Pomegranate Wrap Sizes:

Multipack: Three wraps - 33 x 33 cm, 26 x 26 cm, 18 x 18 cm

This best selling pack is a great all rounder. With three different sizes you have every base covered from avocados to aubergine, sandwiches to salad.

A large Leaf wrap covers a decent sized bowl, a hunky chunk of cheddar or a large sandwich. A medium wrap is perfect for a small sandwich, Parmesan or a bunch of herbs. A mini wrap will happily house half an avocado or lemon, seal a bottle of wine (if you have any left...ahem!) or a small bowl of leftovers.

The Sandwich Pack: 2 Large Wraps 33 x 33 cm

Leaf large wraps are perfect for sandwiches and making large pouches. Wrap your sandwich with one, create a pouch of crisps or nuts with the other and you've got a lunch to go!

Charity:

BeeBee and Leaf wraps support Ufulu, a charity fighting period poverty in Malawi. They provide soap and menstrual cups to women who would otherwise be using unhygienic rags.

Girls from lower income families rarely have the money to purchase sanitary products and are more likely to miss school when they have their periods – and so the cycle of period poverty is perpetuated. Ufulu has given out over 400 cups already and are committed to ensuring that every female in the area who would like a cup, will receive one. Ufulu is determined to ensure that every girl on the island should be able to attend school, at all times, so that her education will not suffer further from period poverty.

They also run workshops to teach them to use the cups properly and to care for them. BeeBee support them by providing wax wraps to protect the soap the charity provides along with each cup.
