HANX Compostable Vegan Condoms
HANX condoms are natural, compostable and vegan.
They are made of Fair Trade rubber, corn starch powder and silicon oil and they are certified vegan. (Most condoms contain animal by products like casein from cow's milk).
Farah and Sarah, the creators of HANX condoms are always look to be as sustainable as possible.
They have reduced energy consumption, chemical load, and waste. These condoms are made from latex which has been fairly sourced and traded. They have been certified as Fair Rubber meaning the whole supply chain is sustainable, ethical and the people who work on the latex plantations they use work reasonable hours and paid a living wage.
The outer boxes are made from recyclable cardboard. The condoms themselves are wrapped in foil to keep them fresh, however they are always looking to improve sustainability and are keeping their eyes open for new advances in packaging.
The condoms are produced in Germany as a more sustainable option than transporting from Asia.
Aside from all the great sustainability side, they look amazing don't they? No more sheepishly asking for condoms in the chemist, these look good enough to be proudly displayed! Plus they are super thin for maximum pleasure.
